Rajnish co-founded Sanah in 2002 with a focus on providing services for the contact center space. Over the last 6 years, Rajnish has grown the company by 60% annually, expanding to providing breadth of IT services for the Financial Services, Technology and Healthcare industries. Rajnish personifies Sanah’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients. He has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, exceptional client service, and value driven approach to IT projects, supplying an ROI calculation with all of his proposals. Prior to co-founding Sanah, Rajnish served as Chief Architect of Aspect Communications, where he was a founding member of Aspect Consulting and Systems Integration group. At Aspect, Rajnish was instrumental in designing and implementing contact center solutions for Fortune 500 clients including: Microsoft, E*Trade, Deluxe Check, Connect IBS, State Farm and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota, Bar None and over 40 other major deployments. Rajnish also played a key role in technology development, receiving a Patent for a “Method and Apparatus for allocating mixed transaction type messages to resources via an integrated queuing mechanism” which was used as core technology in Aspect’s CRM products and solutions. Prior to joining Aspect, Rajnish was a Software Engineer at Siemens Communications Software where he was responsible for designing the CTI messaging for Siemens-switching platform. Rajnish has a B.E in electronics and telecommunications, along with communications research at (CARE) I.I.T Delhi and has recently completed an executive management course at Stanford University
The General Officer recently joined Sanah as a partner to launch Sanah’s Telecom Services business. The General specializes in bringing new technology to users and forming alliances between Technology Houses and Indian Companies. Immediately on retirement from the army in 1996, the General Officer took up assignment as MD, Mekaster Telematics Pvt Ltd where he was instrumental in the introduction of High Speed Radio Modems in India. This revolutionized communication in the last mile and gave a boost to India’s software business. After leaving Mekaster, General Tahiliani joined a start up firm and soon made the Company into a well known, respected and leading system integrator of India. Maj Gen Tahiliani was commissioned in the Corps of Signals in Jun 1961. A graduate from National Defense Academy, Khadakvasla, Defense Services Staff College, Wellington and the National Defense College, New Delhi, Gen Tahiliani also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management. In his long service in the Army, the General Officer held various Command, Staff and Instructional appointments. Recipient of two honors from the President of India for Distinguished Service of an Exceptionally High Order, he retired in 1996. Happily married, he has two children, both settled in the US. A keen photographer, he enjoys week end golfing with his buddies from the Army.
Monica brings 15 years of experience to Sanah in the areas of Services Management, Business Optimization and the Design & Implementation of Enterprise Solutions. Some of the highlights of Monica’s career include managing delivery of solutions and services for a mid-sized applications service provider, implementing business process optimization for one of the largest workers compensation insurance companies in North America, implementing internal business optimization for Cisco and designing network management solutions for some of the largest telecommunication providers in the world. Since co-founding Sanah, Monica has been responsible for the growth and management of their Global Delivery. She has been directly responsible for the fast growth of Sanah’s Technology vertical, which has grown over 40% annually over the last 5 years. Monica’s focus has been expanding the breadth of Sanah’s Professional Services offered to its customers, with particular emphasis on providing high-value and high-quality IT services. Prior to co-founding Sanah, Monica has held various Management and Technical positions in organizations like WorldGroup Consulting, Savvion, TCSI and Siemens. Monica has a Bachelor of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
